Marco António Costa

CEO

• Partner at PMC Lawyer’s firm.

• Previously had a political role in the Portuguese Government arena, such as President of the National Defense Commission of the Assembly of the Republic, Member of the National Defence Council, President of the Portuguese Delegation of the Assembly of the Republic to the Assembly Member of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CPLP), Secretary of State for Solidarity and Social Security, among many others.

• Marco António Costa holds an Advanced Executive Course in Law Sciences from Catholic University of Lisbon, and Bachelor in law from Catholic University of Porto.

Miguel Soro

Managing Director

• Previously worked as Corporate Banking Director at novobanco, Corporate Banking Director at Banco Espírito Santo.

• Vast experience in investment and corporate banking projects, including M&A, Debt Restructuring, amongst others, having participated in some known cases in the Portuguese corporate framework.

• Miguel Soro holds an Advanced Executive Course from INSEAD Business School, Leadership Programme from IESE Business School, Master in Finance from School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto, and Bachelor in Economics from School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto.

Carla Duarte

Specialist in European Funds Applications

• Previously worked as a financial consultant at a Business Association, overseeing collaborations with local and governmental entities.

• Currently, manages and supervises investment projects and applications for various European and national funds, actively participates in initiatives promoting social innovation, local development, serves as a professional trainer, startup consultant, business plan developer and financial analyst.

• Holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Minho, a postgraduate degree in Business Park Management at the University of Porto, and an International MBA in Finance at the Catholic University.
